The pizza has the perfect balance of crispy crust and chewy center, with just the right amount of char from their mobile oven. I tried their meat lovers, and it was a flavor explosion—gooey cheese, rich tomato sauce, and pepperoni, ham, salami & bacon with just the right amount of spice. But what really surprised me were the chicken wings! They were cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside yet juicy inside, with a bold, tangy sauce that left me wanting more. The staff is friendly and very efficient making the experience even better. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or hosting a casual hangout, Pizza Piu is the kind of food truck that delivers restaurant-quality flavor. I’ll definitely be back!

I LOVE this place! They make their own dough as well as the pizza sauce. You can definitely taste the difference. The owner, as well as the staff, go above and beyond to make this a great experience. Not only is the food amazing but its got a great atmosphere. I know that sounds funny to say about a food truck, but it truly does. Picnic tables are available to sit and eat. Swing by and check it out. I promise you'll become a regular, too.
The pizza was absolutely delicious with unique twist of options. Perfect hand tossed crust with a nice crisp to it without being burnt & crunchy. The gentlemen was extremely nice and patience while we tried it for the first time. Went back twice in 2 wks. Highly recommend; high restaurant quality from a food truck.
If you want great pizza that is fresh and delicious you have to try this place. The owner is super nice and takes pride in his pies. I also had the wings and they were equally as great. Highly recommended.

Surprisingly authentic, organic tasting, and the gourmet pizza was made quickly. * not a “pizza mill”, the menu is quite surprising. There was plenty of choices for different taste buds. * fresh & spectacular taste and my “picky”critics truly enjoyed their pizzas, * pizzas were ready in literally ten minutes! ??? the bonus ??? the delightful and warm customer service I so graciously received.
